Festive Menu
For holiday gatherings, office celebrations, and cosy December get-togethers.
Start with homemade Irish soda bread and whipped butter, followed by Cornish crab spring rolls or confit duck and foie gras terrine. Mains feature Norfolk Bronze Turkey with all the trimmings, Guinness braised beef cheek, a luxury fish and seafood hotpot, or a steamed leek suet pudding. Finish with traditional Christmas pudding, Black Forest truffle, or Turkish Delight cheesecake, followed by coffee and homemade petit fours.

Christmas Day Menu
An effortless, luxurious feast with none of the prep and all of the magic.
Begin your day with canapés and English sparkling wine before enjoying starters like Cornish lobster tartlets or venison ragu risotto. For your main course, choose from traditional Norfolk Bronze Turkey, slow-roast suckling pig, Aberdeen Angus fillet, wild halibut, or a rich wild mushroom pithivier. Finish with Baileys crème brûlée, white chocolate and raspberry truffle, or classic Christmas pudding, alongside coffee and fresh mince pies.

Boxing Day Brunch
The ultimate post-Christmas wind-down in front of the fire.
Relax after the big day with our casual yet indulgent Boxing Day brunch menu. Sip on warm coffee while picking from hearty classics and elevated holiday specials, including Layton’s Full English, Smoked Haddock Kedgeree, Steak Tartare, Eggs Royal, and warm bagels or eggy bread.

New Year’s Eve Japanese Banquet
Ring in the New Year with a vibrant, multi-course culinary experience.
Say goodbye to the year with an exceptional Japanese tasting feast. Enjoy miso soup, sushi and sashimi, followed by a sequence of grilled scallops with shiso butter, beef fillet tataki, jumbo tiger prawns, teriyaki lamb cutlets, Iberico pork belly, and grilled eel. Complete the night with a refreshing plum sake fool served alongside green tea ice cream.
